John Reilly

John has an extensive background in public relations, marketing and sales. Early in his professional career, he worked as a Communications Coordinator with the New York State Legislature. He joined the private sector as a licensed realtor prior to entering the insurance industry.

In 1996, John accepted the position of Executive Director with a new statewide association of insurance brokers. During his tenure with the NYAAA, he met with state regulatory agencies as well as insurance carriers as an advocate for insurance producers and the clients they represent.

John opened his own insurance agency in Upstate New York in 2005, with a focus on counseling his customers on their individual insurance needs. In 2008, the agency was sold to Fragomeni to provide his clients with the exceptional service and broad product availability that has been a hallmark of the Fragomeni family-owned business for more than 40 years. John remains as an agent with Fragomeni to answer calls from his customers and focus on bringing new business to the company.

John has maintained a consulting business since 2000, where he has developed and implemented marketing plans for several large brokerage firms, software developers, and continuing education providers. John is frequently called to meet with the New York State Insurance Department on licensing and education-related matters.
