Cosmetologist
For over 15 years Fragomeni Insurance has provided insurance coverage that offers both general liability and the professional liability to meet NY States Cosmetology licensing requirements. Policy only available to booth renters and salon owners who are hair stylists or nail technicians. No Tanning allowed.
Our program includes liability coverage at limits of $500,000 per occurrence and a yearly policy aggregate of $1,000,000. Also included is personal property coverage of up to $5,000 in value with a $200 deductible.
The Annual Premium is $270.00 per year - Provided through Erie Insurance, Erie PA
Quarterly payment options are available if desired.
Down Load our application, complete, and send back with a check made out to Erie Insurance for at least $70.00. Policy will become effective upon company review and underwriting acceptance.
