Fragomeni Insurance & Financial Services was established in 1964 and has grown into a financial services agency offering solutions for personal insurance, business insurance, and financial planning services.

Fragomeni serves the needs of individuals, families and businesses throughout New York State. From auto insurance to homeowner’s insurance, life insurance, business insurance, and more, we represent a select group of insurance carriers that are carefully selected to provide you with insurance protection tailored to your life and your goals.

  
Our People

David Fragomeni
President, CIC, CFP ®
David received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York. Upon graduation he accepted a management position with Citibank, NA. In 1990, David relocated to Saratoga Springs and began working in the family's agency. In 1998 David purchased the agency from his parents. David focuses in financial planning, life insurance and business insurance. His goal is always to develop long-term relationships with his clients and friends. While looking at situations, David always asks the questions, "Does it make sense?" and "Is there a better way to accomplish the goal?" David is an active member of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, Malta Business Association, Saratoga County Executive Institute, Trusted Choice, and the Independent Agent and Brokers of New York. He enjoys creative photography and coaches his son on a local little league team. David volunteers with Lake Avenue PTA during the school year and is also active with the Saratoga Biathlon Club and volunteers yearly at Lake Placid for the Empire State Games. He resides in Saratoga Springs with his wife Rachael and their four children.

 

Kristine Lawton *
Administrative Assistant 

Kristine has been a life long resident of the Saratoga region. She is 1993 graduate of the State University of New York at Albany. She has been in the administrative field for 10 years prior to joining Fragomeni Insurance in the fall of 2009. Kristine and her husband, Jeff, live in the Saratoga area with their dog and two sons. She is an avid reader, an amatuer artist and enjoys running.

 

Lori Weekly
Office Manager/CL Account Executive

Lori is a life-long resident of Saratoga County, currently residing in Greenfield Center.  She joined Fragomeni Insurance & Financial Services in 1989 and quickly became an important part of the agency’s operation.  In 1994, Lori studied for her insurance exams at Siena College and was licensed shortly after completing the program.  Continuing her insurance studies, she obtained the designation of ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative) through the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers Association.

Since joining the agency, Lori has become a valued leader in the office.  As Office Manager, Lori is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the agency and promotes the leadership philosophy where each staff member plays a critical role in the success of the business as a whole.  In addition to her role as Office Manager, Lori is the agency’s lead commercial producer.  The mother of two, Lori and her husband are outdoor enthusiasts, spending much of their free time camping and horseback riding. 

 

Erica Holligan *
CL Account Executive Assistant

Erica has lived in the Saratoga region for 16 years. She has worked in the insurance industry at Fragomeni Insurance & Financial Services since 2001. Erica obtained her Property & Casualty Insurance license in 2004 after attending classes at Adirondack Community College. Erica is the Commercial Lines Account Executive Assistant. In her spare time she enjoys summer vacations in Maine. Erica and her husband currently reside in Glens Falls with their two children.

 

Sarah Cook *
Personal Lines Account Executive

Sarah is a 2003 graduate from Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School. She has been working in the insurance industry at Fragomeni Insurance & Financial Services since 2005. Sarah earned her Property & Casualty Insurance license in 2006 after attending classes at Adirondack Community College. Sarah enjoys camping, playing Guitar Hero, and spending time with her fiance Chris and his 2 children. She loves Jumpin' Jacks and concerts in Freedom Park.
 

Stephenie Jones *
Personal Lines New Account Representative

Stephenie has lived in the Saratoga area for over 20 years.  She has been in the secretarial/administrative assistant field for 15 years, having worked at Albany Medical Center and State Farm Insurance prior to coming to Fragomeni Insurance and Financial Services in 2007.  Stephenie is also very involved in the community as a Girl Scout troop leader and President of Saratoga Miss Softball.  Stephenie and her husband have 4 daughters and live in the Town of Wilton.

 

John Reilly *
Sales Agent

John has an extensive background in public relations, marketing and sales. Early in his professional career, he worked as a Communications Coordinator with the New York State Legislature. He joined the private sector as a licensed realtor prior to entering the insurance industry.

In 1996, John accepted the position of Executive Director with a new statewide association of insurance brokers. During his tenure with the NYAAA, he met with state regulatory agencies as well as insurance carriers as an advocate for insurance producers and the clients they represent.

John opened his own insurance agency in Upstate New York in 2005, with a focus on counseling his customers on their individual insurance needs. In 2008, the agency was sold to Fragomeni to provide his clients with the exceptional service and broad product availability that has been a hallmark of the Fragomeni family-owned business for more than 40 years. John remains as an agent with Fragomeni to answer calls from his customers and focus on bringing new business to the company.

John has maintained a consulting business since 2000, where he has developed and implemented marketing plans for several large brokerage firms, software developers, and continuing education providers. John is frequently called to meet with the New York State Insurance Department on licensing and education-related matters.

 

Rachael Fragomeni *
Account Executive 

Rachael is a native of Saratoga and a graduate of Spa Catholic. She attended Castleton State College. Rachael has worked with Fragomeni for the past 12 years and obtained her Property & Casualty license in 1997. Rachael continued her insurance studies by attending Bryant & Stratton, where she then obtained her Life, Accident & Health license. Rachael brings a unique perspective to the agency as a licensed real estate agent. She currently works for Hearth & Home Real Estate in Queensbury. Rachael prides herself on her work ethic and attention to detail. It is important for her clients to feel confident and comfortable when making decisions. Rachael is an active member in the community. She is a member of the Lake Avenue PTA, Capital Region MLS, and Warren County MLS.

Rachael resides in Saratoga with her husband, David, and their four children. She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at local schools and community functions.
